Comment: Toc H refers to an interdenominational Christian fellowship of men and woman that seek to promote an understanding of the meaning and purpose of life through the community. It was founded in 1915 and started in a soldiers club in Talbot House (Toc H was the army signaler's designation of the initials TH) at Poperingtie, Flanders. It was incorporated by royal charter in 1922.
